Mezinárodní soutěž video záběrů

DJI vyhlašuje soutěž leteckých videí, která se zaměřují na videa pořízená na otevřených prostranstvích s úžasnými záběry pořízených profesionálním koptrem DJI S800 Spreading wings s WooKong-M a Zenmuse Z15. Předpokládá se, že videa umožní lidem vidět svět ze speciální perspektivy a poukáží na výjimečnost zvoleného natáčecího místa. Nehledáme videa se zástavbou, nebo místa přeplněná lidmi. Tedy prosíme točte odpovědně a bezpečně.

1. Předkáládaná videa musí být natočena koptrem DJI Spreding Wings + WooKong-M + Zenmuse Z15.
2. Prosím, přečtěte si příslušná ustanovení této soutěže před odesláním Vašeho návrhu. DJI si vyhrazuje právo rozšířit podmínky soutěže a účastník automaticky uděluje právo DJI použít záběry ve všech propagačních nebo marketingových aktivitách po celém světě na dobu neurčitou a bez omezení.
3. Předložená videa musí také obsahovat další záběry nebo fotografie, které ukazují, že DJI S800 + WooKong-M + Zenmuse Z15 byl použit pro tento účel.
4. Předložené videa  být bez vodoznaku, nebo loga, ale na konci videa je povoleno malé logo s podmínkou, že nebude mít žádný dopad na obsah videa.
5. Oprávnění účastníci musí kontaktovat a odeslat soubory videí (původní záběry z kamery a videa finálního produktu zapojeného do soutěže) přímo DJI jako první.To respect the originals the outstanding videos (awarded) and the author will be posted on the DJI website and DJI will promote it through all of the worldwide channels to spread the video and author’s information.

1. Pro zúčastnění se projektu, poté co si vyberete oblast natáčení, stáhněte si a vyplňte zákaznický informační list (ke stáhnutí výše) a pošlete ho DJI na e-mailovou adresu: promotion@dji-innovations.com.
2. DJI Vám odpoví pro potvrzení do 24 hodin (s ohledem na časový posun). Pokud obdržíte potvrzení od DJI, pak se Vaše účast v soutěži stane formální, pokud ne, nejste zařazeni do hry o výhru.
3. Oprávnění účastníci musí kontaktovat a odeslat soubory videí (původní záběry z kamery a videa finálního produktu zapojeného do soutěže) přímo DJI jako první. 1. A reward will be granted if the entrants’ video is selected as an outstanding video and the video will be used by DJI in their marketing activities. The reward will be a DJI high-end professional aerial photography Total Solution—Spreading Wings S800+Zenmuse Z15+WooKong-M.
2. Once the announcement of the awarded video is officially released, DJI will immediately get in touch with the winner and send (use FedEx) the prize within three working days. The winner will also be added to the loyal customers list.

1. Commitment to Comply

   The following Terms and Conditions / Rules apply to the 2013 DJI World Wide Landscape Aerial Video Competition with Reward. By participating in this Competition, you undertake to comply with and abide by these Rules and provide all information required. You understand that any failure to do so will result in disqualification. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit your project.

2. Indemnity

   Your video must be your own original creation – no copyrighted music, video, sounds or images may be used without prior, full permission from the author(s) of said copyrighted music, video, sounds or images that you wish to include. And your video must not infringe on any third party rights. You agree to indemnify and hold the DJI, its affiliates, personnel and agents, harmless from any third party claims for loss, damage, prejudice, liability or expense suffered as a result of or in any manner in connection with your video entry, any other of your acts or omissions or any information which you provided. The competition and the whole progress of video shooting are the willingness and responsibility of the participator.

3. Free of Use and License By submitting your video to DJI, you agree to grant the DJI free of charge the right to use your video in any manner and media, including without limitation, the right to publish, adapt, alter, clip, distribute, copy, display or translate for advertising and promotional purposes. You also grant DJI the right to license to others.

4. Right to Modify/Cancel

   DJI reserves the right to modify or cancel the Competition or any of the arrangements, schedules, plans or other items directly or indirectly related to the Competition, at any time and for any reason if deemed necessary in its opinion.

1. Age Limit

   You must be an individual age eighteen (18) or older as of the date of entry. If you are under the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside (and at least 18) must have permission from your parents or legal guardians to participate.

2. Prize Only

   The prize may only be taken as stated and cannot be changed. There will be no cash alternatives.

3. Unable to Contact

   If a winning entrant is unable to be contacted after reasonable attempts have been made to do so, DJI reserves the right to offer the prize to the next best entry.

4. Final Decision

   DJI’s decision over the competition is final in every situation, including any not covered above, and DJI will not respond to correspondence justifying the decision.

5. No Previous Participation

   Your video must not have been submitted to a previously commercial video competition.

6. No Endorsement

   Your participation in the Competition, including being selected to receive a prize, in no manner constitutes an endorsement or support by DJI of your views or aims or of any products or services. You shall not advertise or otherwise claim to have obtained any such endorsement or support. The DJI name and logo are the property of DJI and should not be used in any manner whatsoever without the prior consent of DJI.

7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

   The Terms and Conditions / Rules are governed by the laws of China, excluding rules governing choice of laws. Any action, suit or case arising out of, or in connection with, this Terms and Conditions/Rules or the Competition shall be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the CIETAC’s arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The seat of the arbitration shall be Shenzhen, China. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.
